CONNECTION THEORY

In the case of the two gigantic space franchises , there are only a few fans that love both while the majority of the fans thinks down of the other franchise . Fortunately , I am one of the small percentage that loves both . And while doing so , I have come up with a theory ( that part may be obvious with the title ) But first , a little information about the awesome franchises –

Star Wars was created by George Lucas in 1981 after which the franchise has released 9 films , many television shows , tie-ins , novels , comics , games and merchandise . Star Wars show the epic struggle of the rebel alliance to overthrow the empire and reinstall a democracy in their galaxy .

While Star Wars’s main power were in the movies , Star Trek found the force in T.V. shows . It was created by Gene Roddenbe–rry . It has released 13 films , 7 tv shows along with games , tie-ins and merchandise . In Star Trek , the adventures of different ships and captains in the United Federation of Planets’s Starfleet are shown .

I first released this theory on Twitter , but now that has been deleted and this is where you will find the origin of the first and the greatest , most probable theory on the connection between Star Wars and Star Trek

The theory is —– THE ENTIRE STAR TREK UNIVERSE IS A SET OF PROPAGANDA FILMS CREATED BY THE REBEL ALLIANCE TO GAIN SUPPORTERS AND RECRUIT !!!!!!!!!

The theory is that all the star trek movies and shows are propoganda films of the Rebel alliance against the empire . They show a federation ( what they hope as a a future , similar to the prequels Republic ) and spread it illegally to gain supporters

Here are some points to support the theory —–

Kirk , Picard , Spock , Data , McCoy are all fictional characters based on the greatest rebel martyrs . The Klingons used to represent the empire and how the future federation will exterminate them . This caused conflict as the empire consisted of good men and well . So the Klingons were made Federation friends . To represent the ones in the empire that ARE ACTUALLY BAD , there were the Rebel Klingons in Star Trek – The Generations . To represent the Emperor and Vader , the Borg were introduced because of their cybernetics & shrivelled skin.
In the case of the Borg the cybernetics represented Darth Vader who was a cyborg and the shrivelled old skin represented the emperor .
One more point to prove this theory is this – Kirk & his crew and Picard & his crew repeatedly do seemingly stupid things just to save lives and even break rules . By this , the Rebel Alliance is showing how the people will much more compassionate with a very flexible government
It also shows how the Star-fleet officers put their own neck in the line to save civilians and fellow officers which is unlike anything the Empire managed to do during it’s reign . Also , By Star Trek IV – The Rebel Alliance also promises to take proper care of the flora and fauna .

5.One last point to seal the deal is the fact that Star Wars is much more realistic that Star Trek ( albeit the force ) . In Star Wars , the speed of light is somewhat maximum while in Star Trek they are going 100 times it and time-travelling .
